Astro the Monster is a children’s book series created by author Claude Jones and illustrated by Laura Watson. Claude reached out to Room 228 Educational Materials, a frequent collaborator of mine, in 2021 to create a curriculum that could accompany the use of his books in classrooms with young readers. The various packets and materials developed over the years eventually coalesced to form The Galactic Educator’s Guide, a 72-page booklet covering the educator’s every need.
