Brand evolution for the national expansion of an Accountable Care Organization.
The Community Care Cooperative (C3), a Massachusetts-based health-center collective, needed a brand evolution to reflect their recent successes and expansion into multiple states. Collaborating with the team at MORE Advertising, I led the effort to reinvigorate their visual identity, printed materials, and web presence.
The challenge was to create a unified brand that embodied C3’s commitment to equitable health treatment across diverse member communities, as well as two sub-brands for their pharmaceutical and technical ventures. I designed materials that were visually cohesive and resonated with the collective's values.
All told, between the various brands and the 24 affiliate hospitals, I created nearly 600 unique deliverables. A significant part of this project involved producing member-facing materials in nearly a dozen languages to ensure inclusivity. Additionally, there was need for a robust offering of staff and medical reference material, a collection of corporate collateral, an advertising campaign, and the wire-framing of a new website with 21 unique pages.
The redesigned brand successfully conveyed C3’s mission, with positive feedback from stakeholders and the seamless integration of five new affiliate hospitals, bringing the collective from state-wide to national. My thorough and organized approach also allows for streamlined addition of future health centers as the cooperative continues to grow.
